Here's a salad gathered from the plants in the greenhouse in winter 2005. Radish greens, parsley, herbs, Pansies, Strawberry leaves, Dandelion greens. Under that pretty ,healthy green stuff is some pale storebought lettuce and a little celery which I found in the refrigerator, which I put there about in September when harvested from the garden.
